CANCELLATION

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (seiri studijo, Céline Müller, Meinradstrasse 5, 8006 Zurich, Switzerland, hello@seiristudijo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or post).

You can use the model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

 

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, I will reimburse you all payments that I have received from you, including any delivery costs (except for additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, I will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

 

3. Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• the service has been fully provided

• and you have expressly agreed before the start of execution that I may begin execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period

• and you have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract
